We will replace any items that arrive damaged if you send us a photo of the damaged product within 7 days of receiving the item. Please email the name on the order or the order number along with an attached photo of the damaged item. support@sugabeara.com
We’re a tiny but proud operation, but at the moment we cannot process returns or replace items damaged from use.
All of our products are made one at a time.
Warranty
We will discount select items if an item fails within two weeks of ordering. Please contact support@sugabeara.com for a discount code. Please include your name, order number, and order date.
